রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন পলিসি – BeautyShaj.com

আমরা BeautyShaj-এ চাই আপনি প্রতিটি অর্ডারে পুরোপুরি সন্তুষ্ট থাকুন। তবে যদি আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যে কোন সমস্যা দেখা দেয় – যেমন:

প্রোডাক্ট কাজ না করে
ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি থাকে
অর্ডারের রঙ, সাইজ বা মডেল মিলে না
প্রোডাক্ট ভাঙা অবস্থায় আসে

তাহলে আপনি আমাদের রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা নিতে পারবেন।

✅ রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করার নিয়ম:

ডেলিভারির সময় বা খুলে দেখার সময় অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করতে হবে।
প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে।
প্রোডাক্টের সাথে সব কিছু (বক্স, স্টিকার, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, গিফট ইত্যাদি) ঠিকঠাক থাকতে হবে।

⚠️ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড হবে না:

প্রোডাক্ট পুড়ে গেলে বা ভাঙলে
ইন্ট্যাক্ট সিল ভাঙা থাকলে
আন্ডারগার্মেন্টস আইটেম
ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্টস
ফ্রি গিফট বা প্রমোশনাল আইটেম
সফটওয়্যার বা থার্ড পার্টি কম্প্যাটিবিলিটি সমস্যা

📦 রিটার্ন করার পদ্ধতি:

পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে প্যাক করে (অরিজিনাল বক্সে কোনো টেপ না লাগিয়ে) আমাদের ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে।
চাইলে নিজে বা কাউকে দিয়ে অফিসে পাঠাতে পারেন।
আপনার এলাকা থেকে পিক-আপ অপশন থাকলে, কুরিয়ার চার্জ আপনাকেই অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।

💸 রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত:

পণ্য রিসিভ ও চেক করার পর, সব ঠিক থাকলে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
প্রোডাক্টে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ আমরা বহন করবো (ঢাকার ভিতরে ৫০ টাকা, বাইরে ১০০ টাকা)।
মন পরিবর্তন, পছন্দ না হওয়া, বা অন্যান্য ব্যক্তিগত কারণে রিটার্নে কুরিয়ার ও গেটওয়ে চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
রিফান্ড অর্ডারে যদি ক্যাশব্যাক বা গিফট দিয়ে থাকি, তা কেটে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

At BeautyShaj, we want you to be fully satisfied with every order you place. However, if you face any issue with the product, such as:

The product does not work
There is a manufacturing defect
The received color, size, or model is different from what was ordered
The product arrives damaged

In such cases, you are eligible to request a return or exchange.

✅ How to request a Return or Exchange:

You must record an unboxing video either during delivery or immediately upon opening the package.
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be returned with all original items (box, stickers, warranty cards, gifts, etc.) in proper condition.

⚠️ Return/Refund not applicable in the following cases:

If the product is burnt or physically damaged
If the product seal is broken or removed
For undergarments
For digital or software products
For clearance sale items
For any free gift or promotional item
If the product has scratches or is not in resellable condition
Compatibility issues with third-party hardware/software/apps that are not default features of the product

📦 How to return the product:

Properly pack the product (do not tape the original product box) and send it to our address via courier.
You can also drop it off yourself or send it through someone else.
If pickup from your location is available, we will try to arrange it. In that case, courier charges must be paid in advance by you.

💸 Refund Details:

After we receive and inspect the returned product, if everything is in order, we will process the refund within 72 hours.
If the product has a fault, we will bear the delivery charges (Tk 50 inside Dhaka, Tk 100 outside Dhaka). If there are additional courier costs, the customer must pay the extra amount.
In case of change of mind, dislike, or other personal reasons, the courier and payment settlement charges will be borne entirely by the customer.
If the original order included any cashback or gift, it will be deducted from the refund amount or must be returned to us.
